When you purchase a template, you are buying a licence to use that file — not the copyright or design itself. Halo Enterprises Limited (trading as TemplatesDesk) retains ownership of the original template design and layout.
A single purchase covers use within one business, household, or individual's own projects. If you're a consultant or agency planning to redistribute a template as a deliverable to multiple separate clients, please contact us — that use case is easy to license, we just handle it differently.
This licence ends automatically if you breach the terms above (for example, by reselling a raw template file). We reserve the right to pursue standard remedies for infringement of our copyright — see our Copyright Policy.
Free templates are covered by the same licence terms as paid templates — free does not mean unrestricted redistribution rights.
