Refund & Digital Products Policy

All products sold on TemplatesDesk are digital templates delivered by instant download. Because a file can be downloaded, opened, and reused immediately, our refund policy works differently from a physical-goods store.

1. General rule

As a digital product is considered "delivered" as soon as the download link is sent, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a template has been delivered. Please check the product description, preview, and listed file format (Word, Excel, PDF, Google Sheets) carefully before buying to make sure it fits what you need.

2. When a refund is available

We will refund or replace your purchase if:

• You were charged but never received a working download link (technical failure on our end).
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
• The file you received is corrupted, empty, or materially different from what was described on the product page.

3. How to request a refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase via our Contact Us page, including your order/transaction reference (from your Flutterwave receipt or confirmation email) and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Flutterwave. Processing times after approval depend on your bank or mobile money provider and are outside our control.

5. Free templates

Free templates are not eligible for any refund claim, as no payment is taken for them.

6. Not covered

We can't offer a refund where the reason is:

• The buyer didn't have the software needed to open the listed file format.
• The buyer changed their mind after downloading a correctly delivered file.
• The template was customised and then found unsuitable for the buyer's specific situation.
